To ensure that all learners are fit for both current and future needs of social care. Skills required for social care are as wide and varied as we are individual. From our genetic make-up, sociocultural backgrounds, attitudes, and the way in which they speak, listen, learn, behave, act, and react. This is why we tailor our courses and programmes to both employer and learners needs.
To work together to build well rounded individuals to cover the wider skills required in Social Care and a view to professionalise all those that work in the Social care sector.
