This course has been developed for team leaders. It's as a great stepping stone to develop the much needed skills for leadership roles.

Designed for those Care Workers looking to expand there knowledge, having the ability to show others and be competent in areas within the sector.

Leader in Adult Care Level 5

The Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship programme is designed for those who have a wealth of experience leading in a middle management or coordinating role, who are looking to develop and expand their careers.

Children & Young People Residential Practitioner Level 4

The Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship consists of working with children, young people, and families, to achieve positive and sustainable change in their lives.
Level 4

Children & Young People Residential Manager Level 5

Children, Young People and Families Managers ensure direction, alignment and commitment within their own practice, team(s) and organisation and across partnerships to help children, young people and families aspire to do their best and achieve sustainable change. They will build teams, manage resources and lead new approaches to working practices that deliver improved outcomes and put the child, young person or family at the centre of practice.

Management Apprenticeships

From building a successful team, becoming a great coach to running your own franchise, there is a programme to suit your needs 

Team Leader Level 3

A Team Leader is a first line management role, with operational/ project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
Level 3

Coaching Level 4

Coaching Level 4 apprenticeship is ideal for those individuals who work within an education and training sector with professionals including trainers and other coaches in the workplace, in supporting a learners development and vocational competencies including the wider skills relating to employability and professionalism
Level 4

Learning & Development Level 3

This Level 3 qualification provides a route for learners to understand and work in learning and development. They will need to be able to understand the principles of learning and development.
Level 3

Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5

An Operations or departmental manager is someone who manages teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy. They are accountable to a more senior manager or business owner.
