This course covers all aspects of palliative and end of life care 

From the understanding of loss and grief to advance care planning for end of life care. The understanding of the role you play in the end of life care.

  • Understand the role of Care Worker in time of death

  • How to support individuals at End of Life

  • Caring for the deceased individual

  • Supporting family and significant others of the deceased

The training is a full day course – 9:30 – 16:30 including refreshment breaks.

Refreshments included, hot/cold drinks and biscuits. Lunch will not be provided.

This course can also be booked as a half day refresher if the attendee has previously attended the full course. Contact us for more details

This training session is good for all staff working within a Care environment. For those Care workers that are working in palliative or wanting to specialise in this area.  A good introduction into this side of care work.
