Course Overview

This being one of our most popular courses, places go fast . Formerly Safer people Handling. Assisting people to move safely is a vital skill that all care staff should have. These skills will safeguard you, your company, staff and those receiving support.

On completion attendees will have gained the knowledge and skills. These will be assessed to ensure appropriate confidence and capability this should ensure safe, appropriate practices when assisting people to move and re-position.

Full day (7 hours) inclusive of lunch

This course is designed for care workers who want to ensure their own safety and that of those they are supporting.

Particularly useful for new entrants into the sector. Or experienced workers who require their skills to be refreshed.
