From the moment you enrol with us at Dianthas, we start preparing you for your next steps.

It’s your future, and we want to ensure you have the opportunity to make the most of it – starting with a career that matches your ambition. What is it you want to be? Where do you want to go?

Here at Dianthas we have what you need to progress to the next stage in your career. You can discuss this with your dedicated vocational coach who will be able to guide, inform and even help you with the next stages. You may want to specialise, or you may not have an idea on where your qualification or career path can take you. The options are almost endless and here at Dianthas we would love nothing more than to help you reach your goal. For an idea on the different pathways look here.

Career Advice

From the time you sign up for an Apprenticeship programme with us at Dianthas, we are here to support you and to help you progress on your chosen career path. When you enrol, you will have a great opportunity to discuss your desired career goal with one of our coaches, which enables us to tailor the programme and level to suit your needs or wants. Throughout the programme, you can speak to our Dedicated Careers Coach, whose contact details are: kimberley.mead@dianthasltd.co.uk. These discussions are also addressed during your formal reviews.
