Duration of a programme can vary – 12 – 24 months
1. Induction
2 Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
3. Care Certificate
4. Functional Skills English at Level 1/2 or equivalent
- Two exams and speaking and listening assessments
5. Functional Skills Mathematics at Level 1/2 or equivalent
- One exam covering two components
6. Diploma Certificate
7. Gateway
- Reflection of Practice
- Confirmation of Readiness
8. End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Situational Judgement Test/ Observation
